It sounds like your data is in your local cache, but may not be syncing to the cloud. You may need to manually upload the design file to get it "up there."

On the hard drive, locally cached files are stored in the below directories.

Windows
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login

MacOS

How to Access Hidden User Library folder on Mac OS

In the W.Login directory you will find several folders

  • F - this is the locally cached files stored on your system.
  • Q - this is the directory where files waiting to be uploaded are stored, also known as the "upload queue "

In this directory you will find F3D (Fusion Designs). Look at the beginning of the filename for the corresponding design's name.

Once you locate the design in your local cache "F" or upload "Q", you can make a copy of that archive (F3D) file. I would probably rename the file to something more friendly.

Next, archive files (F3D) can be uploaded into Fusion 360 by using the Upload Command in the data panel or by using the New Design from File command in File menu within Fusion 360.

Note You can review the Fusion 360 application log files for a history of what has been done to files on your local computer and what has been synced to the cloud. To access these files, see the below link.
How to manually collect the log files for Autodesk Fusion 360

If this suggestion doesn't help, can you share with me the name of the design in question and collect the application log files? That will be very helpful to understanding what is happening.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks,

I just want to mention that if that design is in your upload "Q" folder, you may just need to wait until it syncs to the cloud.

Another trick is to save a new version while you're in offline mode and then go online again.

Hope this tip helps!

Thanks,
