Hi @Anonymous - would you mind trying again to see if the message still exists?

Are you logging into myhub.autodesk360.com/ or a different website?

Thanks,

Yes, it is still there. Funny fact is that I can without any problem login into A360 drive and design graph. I was login from the website you mentioned and the result is the same.

Could you try to remove the LoginState.xml file and Restart Fusion 360:

Mac OS

Note: While working through the following instructions, you will need to be able to access hidden files and folders on  Mac.

  1. In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
  2. In the Web Services Directory, locate the file LoginState.xml
  3. Right click on LoginState.xml and select Move to Trash
  4. Restart Fusion 360

Windows OS

Note: While working through the instructions in this article, you will need to access hidden files and folders on  Windows

1. (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services
2. In the Web Services directory, right lick on the Login State.xml file and select delete
3. Restart Fusion 360

If this doesn't help, could you also try to clear your browser cache to see if that helps?

Thanks,

It looks like we may still be cleaning up after the recent outage and that may be causing this issue. Your hub may still be in the process of being created. It may help to just give it some time and check in later. I don't have an accurate ETA at this point, but I can repost here when I know the job is done.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I hope this message helps!

Thanks,
