Can't load files on MAC

I can't load a files from dashboard. When i doubleclick this file in dashboard, fusion shows a loading indicator but nothing happends.

Normally Fusion shows a information in the top left corner "opening design..." but in my case this message is not showing.

I have wait a lot of time to see changes but the file was not loaded. Network and internet are working fine.

I sign out and sign in with no changes. I hope my file is not broken, it is large and complex.

 

Please help!!!! Smiley Sad

Hello rahul.koduri,

 

do you still have problem with loading files on MAC?

 

if yes, please could you send me a zipped whole folder "Autodesk Fusion 360" from "~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/" in case if you had downloaded and installed Fusion360 from Autodesk web pages

 

in case of AppStore look for the folder here: "~/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360"

I am getting the exact same problem on my Mac, it has been quite difficult to open files or almost impossible. How can I solve it?

Hi marcoleite,

 

are you still having issue with open on your MAC after the most recent update of Fusion?

 

If yes, could you please send me your diagnostic log file to my Autodesk email josef dot kucera at autodesk dot com?

So... this thread is old, but I have the Pre-release and the standard version of Fusion and both are not showing files in my dashboard. I keep having to restart.... So, it works for a minute. I do have an eGPU that don't support the Chrome Dashboard. 

 

launchctl setenv NEUTRON_CHROME_DISABLE_GPU 1

 

If I run that on start up, I can see the Pull down to switch teams.
