Can't fillet a corner

I'm trying to fillet a corner in a sketch of a rectangle. The outer rectangle worked fine. The inner one, two of the corners went fine, but the lower-right had some issues, but finally worked. The lower-left, however, I just can't make it work. See the following screen recording (not an autodesk screencast).

Hi,

I just tested on development build. The behavior is improved but still has some issues. I logged a bug(FUS-25637) to track the issue
