I've just done some other tests and it seems that some temporary solution is to rotate mapping box, but it is just workaround, I've played a little bit with model and problem is more complex.
Is it possible for you to share your model with us so we can look into this issue on our side? Either using the public share link or sending me through the email (chengyun.yang@autodesk.com).
