looks like the patch tool has some issues here. Based on continuity setting Fusion can stitch or not but this is a pretty simple surface.

Autodesk stop remote crashing my Fusion - stop that mean spying at once :0)
I imported my Fusion file I attached to the web because that was the source file that failed

But why this should not be an issue to use that tolerances for st that make a bad seam.that could be actually open?

Yeah no gaps checked it in Alias.
The tangent and smooth are not hitting their requirement when checking for G1 and G2 continuity.
