BUG: stitching

looks like the patch tool has some issues here. Based on continuity setting Fusion can stitch or not but this is a pretty simple surface.

Huh, worked fine for me (attached).  Try reloading the file, or perhaps a Mac issue? (that would be strange).

When you re-imported my .f3d file, how many bodies were in it?? (mine obviously should only have one, being stitched).

Haha, yeah I'm sure they got a lot of extra time to kill, and thought it would be fun to mess with our minds 😉

Alright I deleted the two stitch operations and just consolidated it to one stitch operation.  It also for some reason needed the tolerance increased to stitch everything together (appears must be a tiny gap somewhere perhaps from the way it was created? hmm).  Hopefully now it will work with no funny business.

But why this should not be an issue to use that tolerances for st that make a bad seam.that could be actually open?

It does not appear in this case that there actually was any gap, but by changing the tolerance, it appeared to reset some issue (I was seeing a little bit of strangeness too, after which was able to go back and return the tolerance back to zero even).

Yeah no gaps checked it in Alias.

The tangent and smooth are not hitting their requirement when checking for G1 and G2 continuity.
