BUG: "Sticky" sketch selection

sometimes, a sketch just wont de-select. This is not a ctrl/alt selection issue.
If you try to right click it, you have no way to edit it.

the only options I've found for deselecting it is try and edit another sketch then exit, or toggling its visibility. It happens probably 2-3 times a day.

I see the same thing quite often, completely random as well. Sometimes you can select the sketch in the timeline and it will let you edit.

Is this something you're seeing in the MFG workspace or the Design?

It would have to be Design, since you can't do anything (even rename, which I would like if it was unlocked)! while in MFG to the tree.

@seth.madore -This has been happening for sometime.  I reported it a good while back, so should already be in your system.  most reliable way to get out of this state for me has been to toggle visibility.

One reason this might be in the system for a while, but not yet fixed, is that there needs to be a reliable way to get into it. Debugging code works by causing the problem to happen, and then stopping the program to see what is going on when the problem gets reproduced. This goes for crashes as well as stuff like this. If you have a design that can be shared and used to reproduce the effect, or any other details like what add-ins are installed/running (other than default) that would be very helpful.
