I'm trying to expand the diameter of a part by extruding a sketch using the Cut operation and am getting an error saying "no target body found to cut or intersect". I can extrude the sketch using Join and can see the correct shape I want to cut out of the part, but Cut returns an error.
Could someone please clarify why I'm getting this error? I've attached the F3D file.
There is a double profile in your sketch and you are missing the outer circle. The inner circle is the same size has the existing hole so the Extrude command does not see any material to cut. When you select both the inner profile and very narrow outer diameter, you will get the cut you desire. Model is attached.
