BUG: Drawing does not match model

I have a simple drawing of a 1.5" tube extruded along a path to form a handrail but there is a problem with the 2 D drawing compared to the handrail sketch . It would appear to have added an extra .125" to the three radius dimensions and extended the centre distance by .25". I have attached  the files, can anbody suggest a fix?

Really need to see the f3d design, can you share it here? If you can export as an f3d and attach. Also in future use the Photos option to embed pictures, it hard to look at 2 attached picture using the forum viewer.
