BUG: Can't delete empty groups

I am unable to delete (or "cut") a group whose bodies have already been deleted.

Thank you for posting! 

I'm not sure that creating "new group" only support in direct modeling so far so I think our behavior was changed..... 

To look into this issue, Do you mind sharing your file?
