I have a design in Fusion that I am unable to view on the mobile app, which I was told is because I am unable to view the design on A360. 

 

Heres my issue. 

  1. Trying to view my Fusion design via the Fusion 360 mobile app, however, since I can’t see it in the web version, it isn’t available in mobile either.
  2. From IOS mobile app and am receiving an error (FANF-611) with an attached note saying File has no sheets (which I realize is a file translation error)
  3. I can see the thumbnail of your design in web, however, the file itself won’t open. (consistently seeing an Adapter Process Time Out Extractor 444 Error.)

I have a feeling this is an issue because I began with a step file and loaded in into fusion and then modified it. What steps can be taken within Fusion to correct my file to make it view able like all my other designs?

After importing the STEP file, it can be a good idea to open the design and run the validate command (see the inspect menu). 

 

You can use this command to check the bodies in your design for errors.

 

I've been unable to download a Fusion 360 archive file from the share link. Are you able to open the design? If so, could you export an archive file and upload it to this forum discussion?
