Browser Placement Order

What is the placement order of elements in the browser?  

I have attempted to move items up and down within their level with no success. 

It inserts a line in the new position like it is about to make the position move but the item pops back to its original position.

yes @Anonymous, this is a known limitation in the Fusion browser.  You can reorder bodies within the bodies folder, but that is today the only place where this is implemented.  There are lots of browser ideas in the Fusion 360 Idea Station, but I did not see this listed.  Feel free to add it.

The browser essentially orders the items in order they appear in your timeline. That has pros and cons 😉
