Broken F360 file

Hi,

This is very odd, I have a project containing a bunch of standard components I downloaded from various manufacturers, and one of the file appears to be corrupted, previously I have no problem opening and editing it but now, F360 just freezes and forces me to force quit it. Odd considering I never did anything to the file from the last time I open it till today.

Any Autodesk employee want to take a look at it? Leave your email and I'll share it to you.

Thanks

Have you tried working on a previous version? You can see any previous version in A360.

Jon.

In and active Fusion 360 session, could you try opening the file? After reproducing the issue, go to the Help menu and export the Diagnostic Log Files (see below).

Could you then reply with the diagnostic log files? These will be helpful to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks,

Hi O.Tan,

Can you email me a public link for the item? On the data panel, select the item, on the context menu....select "Share Public Link"

Email it to smoghe at autodesk dot com. I will take a look as to  what is going on here.

Thanks for all the replies, but someone from Autodesk team has contacted me and examined the file. Turns out the file is good but something is messed up on the server side.
