Please share your model so we can see what the problem is. To attach, open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. You can use the attach section on a reply post to share the file.

Since you have not shared your model, I will make a guess. In the video below, I add a lip to the bottom of a box. Maybe it will help. If you share your model, you can get a quick and better answer to your particular problem.
