bodies overlapping when making changes in the configuration tables.

I hope someone can give me an idea if its possible to do this.

I have drafted a filtration system, in which one of the bodies representing the cake grows overtime, I found the configuration table quite useful to kind of "simulate" who the cake grows inside the filter, when it grows too much the body crosses the boundaries of the other bodies representing the cake.

I understand this may be far past the purpose of the app but if someone knows how do overcome this I will appreciate the help.

here is the array of candles with the translucent part representing the cake, the configuration number will increase or decrease de dimension of the layer, representing the volume of solid capacity.

when the configuration 1 increases, the bodies overlap as expected.

I would like to find a way to make sure the bodies  stop when they face the are of another body and continue the if there are no bodies, this way I could simulate solid capacity.

I guess that the problem may be in the fundamental of the drawings, so I appreciate any guidance on how to solve this or who I should re make this drawing.

Hi,

I suspect that the effect occurs because the spacing between instances in the pattern is not variable according to the changing element size.
