Bisecting angles in woodshop not matching sketch dimensions

I've sketched out a "tree" style shelf and dimensioned everything out. I've now taken that to my woodshop and would like to start making my cuts. My simple method of bisecting the shown angles isn't working. Take for instance the small tree to the left in the file I've attached. 

 

First angle is 105 so I cut that at 52.5

Second long angle is 166, so I go to cut that at 83 and that is not the right angle.

 

Did I sketch this out wrong, or what needs to be done to get these angles to translate directly for bisecting them?

83 is correct, what did you get?  We can’t fix the problem without this answer.

 

83 from the long point of the finished cut, and 97 from the short side of the board.  Anything else is not 166.

If the second shelf has to be horizontal, then we get 165, and 82.5.  (Reading between the lines here)

 

Now realise the 90.3  for the next shelf end plate, was not part of the problem.

So what angle did you get by error?

If you offset the sketch for the board thickness, 3 choices, 

the sketch is top face, bottom face or centre line.

Extrude the board to extract the cutting angle.

Overlap is much stronger than bisection.

Thank you for your time and patience.

 

I get 83 when I cut, as that is what my gauge is set to cut.

 

It's when I make the 52.5 first, and then make the 83, the finished pieces do not represent the angles in the drawing.

 

Adding in the board width is a step in the right direction I believe, perhaps I need to be using the center?

 

It'll fall into place for me here, I'm just not there yet.

Using the centre is the least intuitive (worst case)  in a workshop, 

it is either inside or outside length, and you need to be very conscious of measure twice, before cutting, you can’t make it longer, but you can recut to make it shorter.

 

Not using a thickness is where you are getting confused.

My confusion is rooted in that every document that has been provided to me here to aid me in figuring out my issue, provides the exact same angles that my document does, extruded or not.

 

Perhaps we can rule out fusion as the issue and go back to my workflow in the shop.

 

I'm simply looking at the angle provided in fusion, bisecting that, and cutting. Cuts are being produced at the bisected angle. Yet aligning the parts does not produce a part representing the fusion sketch.

 

Hopefully the solution is right in front of me and I'm just completely blind to it at the moment.

So if not Fusion, what do you do in the workshop.

Mark and cut one end, at appropriate angle.

Measure 10 inch. Mark the other angle in the correct direction, before cutting.

 

How these 3 measurements do not align as expected has not been made clear yet.

Take pictures of the cuts that don't match.  Try to get the camera directly above the cut to reduce the parallax.  A copy machine may give better results.
