beginners tutorial- I am not able to select more than 3 profiles, I need 6.

I am not able to select more than 3 profiles which are the small circles inside the bigger circle, done almost everything i can. I held CRTL on windows to select more circles didnt help. Ive been stuck on this for a couple weeks. Need some help.

when you re going to extrude a sketch profile you can TURN OFF the BODY and select the small circles, then after you finish to select all, you can TURN ON again the Body. hope this can help you.

thank you for your advice, but that didnt help. 

my first exercise and im already frustrated with this software 😞

A quick screencast showing selecting different profiles. It looks like you probably selected the large circle unintentionally, and it might be obscuring some of the others.

In any event, hang in there. As with all powerful software, becoming proficient does take time and practice. 

When you do exercises like this, take some time and experiment - what's the difference between clicking on a circle, vs in a circle? How about clicking with CTRL? Or SHIFT? or nothing? If you get yourself in a pickle, just hit escape and reset the command. It's less important to 'get it right' than it is to learn along the way. Of course, the exercise is to accomplish a specific task, but if you accomplish it without understanding it, then you haven't learned anything. Go ahead and make mistakes. Ask questions. Keep at it.
