Lock/Remember directory path for 'New Design From File*

Would it be possible to lock the directory path when creating a new design from an existing f3d so that Fusion 360 won't open the directory path from the last time Fusion opened the Explorer?

It is because I keep the templates for my design in a specific folder, and it would be easier if Fusion always opened that folder when selecting 'New Design From File'. But when I use Import DXF and navigate to another folder Fusion remembers that navigation and it use the new directory path when creating a new design from file.

Is it possible to make Fusion keep its directory path for 'New Design From File' seperate from the other commands?

I hope this makes sense, otherwise please ask.

yes that make sense, but i don't think that is possible, i try to restore the defaults settings and singout my account, but when i login had the same issue of Fusion remember last directory path.
