Beginner question

Hello everyone,

For the past couple of weeks I have followed a Udemy course, done several exercices and created multiple simple drawings.

I'm having a challenge though with the following model, I can't seem to figure out how would draw this with Fusion 360. Would someone be kind enough to give me some hints please.

Any help will be appreciated!

Plane on Angle, on base of profile, draw the profile, then extrude that face far enough to go under the base,

Thank you for your time and answer!

I was able to do something combining both ideas. Sketch on a plane with angle + body split!

I'm not able to put a fillet though between the model and the "base". Any idea how this can be done ?

Thank you

If you used the Extrude method, it has to Join to the Base,

fillets work on the same body,

so you have to Combine Join for that to work, if currently two separate bodies.

Your Extrusion of the base plate resulted in a sharp corner between it and the raised body therefore there was no material available to add the Fillet to.  Filling this gap will fix your issue.  Below is a cross section of your model before I add the extra material.  Model is attached.
