Batch export of assembly components into the cloud preserving links

Dear all,

There is a question regarding an automated export of separate assembly components into the Autodesk cloud:

Let's consider an assembly file, imported from .step into fusion 360 into a new project. This assembly includes 100+ separate parts.

I would like to extract these 100+ separate parts into separate dependent components of the project, preserving the links to the original assembly.

So, if later I do modify a part file, the entire assembly is updated as well.

Is any straightforward solution in Fusion 360 that allows such a cloud export?

There is no batch way to do this as of now, you will need to pick each body and make it an external component which is linked to the main assy, i.e., if you now go and update the component, assy will go out of date (as you expect).
