The automation tab you are asking about, contains settings and preferneces that are used in the newly released Drawing Automation, which is accessed via the option seen in the "Create Drawing" UI illustrated below:

Hi @admaiora ,
You are on old version of Fusion (2.0.17244). The Drawing Automation functionality is available on version Fusion 2.0.18220 or later. The latest available Fusion version is Fusion 2.0.18441.
Please update it and you should be able to see all the options.
