Automatic centerlines and centermarks are not immediately showing up when set for a view

Automatic centerlines / centermarks are not always immediately showing up when set for a view.  In some cases, I have to deselect the automatic option, and then re-select to make them show up.  Is this a known bug?

Are you using any Template to create your drawing?

or you are getting this issue in the default drawing sheet?
