Hello everyone.
I made this boat with Sketchup that I now try to recreate in Fusion 360.
I did draw the outlines and then used a mix of patches and sweeps to create body´s which I eventually thickened. I often ran into errors, however, managed to get it done in the end - almost.
One problem is, that I have to limit the path or the guide rail of my sweeps to 0.99 to make the sweep succeed. I guess that is because both, the path and the guide rail end up in the same point. Looks like I get away with it but I am sure there is a better solution for that. ( the reason why the sweep doesn´t show up in the screenshot is because I had to push cmd to capture it - that hides it apparently)
Further, I end up with gaps after I thickened the bodys. It´s understandable why that happens but I also can´t come up with a better solution.
I really appreciate if someone could push me into the right direction how to model such a body.
