Assembling bevel gears

I have CAD for a bevel gear pair (1:3 ratio). Their origin is conveniently shared, so they're in the right position when their origins are coincident.

 

What I want to do now is assemble them with a relationship such that they rotate with the proper ratio. I think that's possible from something I saw, but I'm not sure how to do it. Can anyone point me to a tutorial, or perhaps just show me how? For reference, I added STEP models of the gears.

First, you have to position each components with a revolute joint. I assume you know how to do this. 

 

Second, you can link two joints with "Motion Link", see: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/Fusion-...

 

For example you can define the ratio: "if one joint/component is rotated by 3° then the other should be rotated by 9°".

Attached is a file where I've imported the stp file, converted to component and rotated the parts so they rotate around the component Z axis. I set up a joint origin for the small gear to rotate around the larger gear Y axis. There are 2 problems though, the offset is wrong so the gears don't mesh correctly so they're not set up correctly in the original stp files and the ratio is 6:1. I've set up a motion link with the 6:1 ratio.
