Any idea how to make this?

I wanna make this Richard Mille watch in any software, not compulsorily one of Autodesk but anything which could handle complex mechanism like this one in the photo, 

Also I dont want a working model for it, I just wanna make a visual 3D model

i recommend Fusion 360, but if this will be your entry design model to fusion i do not recommend this for your first one... first  you have to model a few models and part to understand how fusion work, then to try to model this Watch. to model this watch you should be and intermediate or advance knowledge in fusion.

Yes i know this is not a beginner project and yes I've done a few models before, but before starting it in fusion, i wanted to know that is there any better software?
And if fusion is appropriate can you tell me how will i manage so many parts?
How to group them? So that i dont get confused about which is which

1. Autodesk Inventor Professional.  Students can download Inventor for free from http://www.autodesk.com/edcommunity

2. Inventor Project (*.ipj) and logical subassemblies - just like in the real world.

Do you know how many parts need to be modeled? How many of the parts do you know their correct names?  How many do you understand their function? 

For starters, try modeling a cycloidal gear or an escapement assembly.

Lol, I'm not a starter, i am just new to the forum, i know how to make cycloidal gears and other gears as well... Just wanted to get an idea about grouping hundreds of parts together..

Autodesk Inventor is a CAD /Solid Modeling software.

Maya is a Sub-D modeling software (for the most part)

Modeling in both softwares functions entirely differently and geometry is represented differently mathematically.

Both have student licenses AFAIK.

This question has not really been answered. The best way to do this is probably components and component groups (assemblies). If you're not yet familiar with it, read this documentation about the difference between bodies and components in Fusion 360.

You can also sort bodies into folders within a component.

couldnt dig out exploded images or any kind of that, there are similar images on the web and the website
