All file dates are NaN/NaN/NaN?

Hello all,

For a few days now, perhaps longer, all file dates in my data panel show NaN/NaN/NaN. Smiley Surprised It is like this for all my files, even files in other projects.

I have attached a screencast showing it and here is a picture:

Screen Shot 2016-05-19 at 4.00.50 PM.png

Clicking the "info" expander fixes the date, but only until I leave the folder or close the data panel. Then the date goes back to NaN/NaN/NaN.

Opeing the file in A360 shows the correct date (in A360) but it still says as NaN in the Data Panel of Fusion.

Should I be worried? Is this a known error?

Thanks! Smiley Very Happy

Hey Kevin - good questions:

All files in all directories.

Fixed it previously by clearing the lcoal cache and restart fusion360 - all the (correct) dates appeared.

Within a few day i am back to the batman error.

I cna give you access to my folders if it helps.

cheers

Mike

Hi,

there are some other date issues which might got to the same?

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/mobile-app-does-not-show-latest-parts-and-fol...

There my problem is, that the folder with the newest file does not go to the top anymore on sort by date - even not on A360.

We use windows systems - clearing the cache does not help.

Best regards

Hi Thilo,

I just tried that and did see that the newest files were not automatically going to the top after a save.

However I did see that if I refereshed the display they did move to the top.

We'll track down why this isn't happening automatically.

Hi Baribak,

for me the files (not organized in folders) automatically go to the top - but the folders still don't go.

Which is annoying when working with several others in projects with many folders. It was easy te catch up changes in an project seeing the freshest folder on top. I also like the notifications - but here it ist hard to reduce the numbre of messages to an acceptable level.

If you like I could share the test project with you.

Please send me your E-mail.

Best Regards

Thilo

Hi soswow,

Have you tried clearing your data cache to see if it helps? To do this launch Fusion, go to the Help menu (?), and choose Clear user cache data. This will prompt for a restart of Fusion and delete any local caches we're using.

Also, are you frequently working offline, then connecting, then back offline? (Just trying to see if there's a workflow we might use to reproduce the issue.)
