Advantage of fusion 360 over Inventor

I was wondering what the advantages are of Fusion over Inventor. I'm a single draftsman, not part of a team. We got this software with our Ultimate package and the boss wants me to see how it works. I have been playing around with it, watching tutorials, and trying to understand it. It seems to be a lot like Inventor only harder to use. I've been using Inventor for about 15 years.

I would give advantage to Fusion in what I refer to as the "upper division" functionality - Generative Design, some of the Analysis tools (but not all present), aspects of t-spline functionality, CAM (although you might have Inventor CAM (HMS) in your suite, and...

...*price per seat.

*I might argue that in many cases the price per seat differential can be negated on first project where Fusion workarounds are required tackle issues that have been resolved a decade or more ago in Inventor.

I encourage critical discussion of anything that I write.  Please include dataset examples to illustrate any counterpoints.
