Add tolerances to joints

I'm currently working on an assembly and whenever I try to put it together in more than one place, I get a join conflict. I've looked at the positions and it appears that there is a ~9.173000000117781e-05 in discrepancy that is causing this. I believe that this is most likely just due to rounding in fusion itself so I was wondering if there was any way to add a tolerance to my joints so I can get around this error?

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

You need to clarify what you desire.  There are a lot of components in this assembly, which 4 are you speaking of and what is the one you follow for the Joints.  Please give screen captures and indicate this information

So the assembly has 4 members like this one that connect the two sides together. The one I have shown above is currently correctly joined to both sides (Cylindrical 119 in the assembly file). However, whenever I try to apply the same joint to one of the other members like this one:

It says there is a conflict creating it.

You asked about adding Tolerances to Joints.  They are not called this, in the Joint Dialog Box but the Angle, X, Y and Z Offset are where you would enter these if needed.

In your case you have a racked assembly.   If you create a Construction Plane between the centers of any of your remaining pins, and measure the angle between this plane and the side frame you will find there is a slight angle.  In this case the easiest method is to use one Rigid Joint, on the side of your choice, and then enter the measured angle.

If you are going to upload the return model, I caution you to use a separate Folder to prevent file contamination.
