The warning dialog opens, but there is no 'Get All Latest' icon on the toolbar. Dismissing the dialog and running 'Compute All' seems to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I don't know how to trigger an out of date Data Panel to repro the problem. It does seem to have something to do with Edit in Place.
