Ability to Suppress Components in Drawing Space Via Right-Click Interface

A struggle I have is with constantly having to find specific components in a large assembly in order to suppress them in my drawing base views. I constantly scroll up and down the browser tree, expand a sub assembly, open the sub assembly, hide a component, collapse the sub assembly, etc.

If one could hover over a component in a base view, hold CTRL and right click, then simply select "suppress" without having to navigate the browser tree each time, that would help out a ton. Perhaps it could include a selection filter to enable components-only or bodies-only selection.

An idea for the future maybe.

Thanks!

I know what I am going to show you does not answer your question but it may help.  Highlighting the components in the drawing occurs when you hover over the component in the Drawing Browser tree.  The Animated GIF will show this.

True, which is helpful in its own right. But when dealing with dozens of sub-assemblies and hundreds of components, the inverse application would be more useful in such cases.

Thanks for the reply!

Hey @CMCORE

I have added this as a feature request for the drawings workspace.
Thanks for your feedback on this.
