3D spline - 2D documentation for profile bending

Hello,

I have this 3D sketch (→ spline, length: approx. 15 meters). It is a path for a round profile (diameter 12mm). I must prepare a documentation for people who wil be physically bending the round profile. They can bend it in one dimension at the time only, at a give radius. Now, I need to divide this 3D profile into segments and provide bending radiuses for each segment - so that they can recreate the model in reality. What would be the best way to approach that?

I've been a bit stuck on this for a while and would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Michal

I don't think this can be done with the current set of tools in Fusion 360. The Spline cannot be dimensions properly in 3D dimensions in the sketch.

The drawing environment only shows solid bodies so not even surface bodies/T-Splines are shown and can be dimensioned, let a lone a lonely spline.

Hi,

Are you asking how to divide a sweep along this 3d spline every fixed distance? or am I misunderstanding?

Regards
