3D slicing with CURA - path setting

Hi - I have not been able to select CURA as the preferred slicer for some time now. This use to work but at some point started producing the error message as seen in the attached screen shot.  I have got around this by using CUSTOM and pointing to the CURA app, which works.  I have done as the error message suggests but to no avail.  However I would like to resolve this and get things working correctly.  What I am trying to figure out is how to modify the path where Fusion 360 looks for CURA to point it to app.  - Thanks for your help.  Regards. Hi,

Since there seem to be recurring problems exporting to Cura, I would right-click on the body in the browser and "Save as Mesh" to export.

Thanks Günther,  I have also used this method of creating an STL as well as exporting as an STL.  I just want to resolve the issue with the drop down menu pointing to the a non instance of CURA, I only have one instance on my hard drive so I am not sure where its trying to find the application.  regards. Which version of Cura do you use? I used it from 4.81 (methinks) until the actual installed 5.4.0 and have no issues.

If your Fusion 360 Save as Mesh -> Cura does not work, use the attached video to create a Custom link to the Cura application.

Hi I am using 5.4 but it hasn’t worked for the last few releases.  I have set it up as a custom app and that works.  Just a minor irritation.  Thanks for responding.  Regards Chris.

Many thanks for your help.  It was just a minor irritation that the ‘CURA’ link doesn’t work.
