3 D spline manipulation

Is there some reason I suddenly can't manipulate linear splines in 3 dimensions anymore? New splines I draw are stuck on their original plane, and previous splines I drew in 3 dimensions won't budge. Was something changed in the software? Did I accidentally screw up a preference or something?

I can't seem to add constraints to spline handles either.

3d splines can only be manipulated with the move tool triad.

Ooops, I guess I had a brain fart and forgot. Thank you. There is a lot to retain with this software!
