I have a bug that I am having a hard time determining the cause. After programmatically creating a setup, the setup will sometime lose some of it selected models. While I am waiting for the setup to calculate, I may move back into the Design space of the project, or even into a different project, and occasionally, when I return to the original project, the Setup operations have all been invalidated because some of the setup models have been unselected. If I save and reopen the document however, the setup correctly has the models selected again. Anyone have any insight or experience with this one?
