Purchased Add-in not showing up...

Hello All,

 

I've purchased the DragKnife add-in (https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/HelpDoc?appId=3603732473616813300&appLang=en&os=Mac) installed the .pkg file and restarted Fusion. However when I open the add-ins menu it's not there:

It's also not showing up in the expected folder:

There have been some issues with the App Store Mac Installers. It's not consistent, so it seems to be dependent on the machine settings.

 

App Store apps are installed in the ApplicationPlugins folder that you see at the fourth level of folders shown in Finder. Check there. You might find a symbolic link pointing to an obsolete folder that is no longer used. If so, I would delete the symbolic link and copy the .bundle folder to the ApplicationPlugins folder beneath your user folder.
