Sign in not working due to API failure

My sign in wasn't working, and the web browser pop up wasn't opening to sign in. I ran a diagnostic test and have attached the screenshot. Essentially the collaborator API and health notifications API haven't passed, what are the next steps?

I am on a Windows, and I already tried a lot of the stuff on it, and even deleted and reinstalled the identity manager, but to no avail. So I decided to run the diagnostic and that was where I discovered the two failed check in the SS
