parts4cad not working

Parts4cad insert add in has stopped working 

Not sure if its a windows 10 bug, just upgraded but this may be a red herring.

Its also not now available on the apps site. (and i believe i paid for it )

just tried to import a model part from CADENA and it work, for me.

you can try to change the predefined browser

changing to default web browser in win 10 (Edge) sorted the problem.

Unfortunately parts4cad import does not seem to work for me on Win10 either. I followed the steps outlined here, using either Firefox as well as Edge. Both Browsers ask me to use 'NLauncher' as the Default application for importing. However, the parts do not appear in Fusion 360. Any idea how to solve this?

have tried to insert a part in Fusion from parts4cad in Win10 IE, its was possible.

Thanks for the response. At least it does not work on my machine at work. I will try parts4cad import on my pc at home this evening...
