Jammed loading dot circle on an add in that doesn't seem to work.

I think that the tittle explain the problems. I've got this annoying unexpected feature when I tried to download this add in: https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=2791960362914790676&appLang=en&os=Win64. I will link a picture of the add ins tab.

Does someone else get this issue? Is there is a way to correct this? 

I'm using windows, if some one need this information.
