Installed Script Fails

Somehow lost my narrative of the problem here so will add it again. I installed the Airfoil DAT to Spline script from the autodesk app store. Install seemed OK. Script works OK up until the dat file is referenced and then gives this error. Have tried varying inputs but still no luck. Have seen this script used successfully on videos posted to youtube. Any tips would be welcome.

Hi!

Could you say what construction plane do you use?

It should be parallel to one of origin. XY, XZ or YZ. Angled planes doesn't work.

Please send me all details by e-mail as I don't monitor activity on forum. I want to reproduce your error. The DAT file will help as well.
