Insert command in Data Panel's context menu

Perhaps the API does not provide the functionality.

I will describe what I know a little bit about it.
Run the following text command.

DevOptions.WebDeveloperExtras /on

Right click in the margin of the data panel to bring up the context menu.

"Show DevTools" would give you a lot of information, but I have no knowledge of it, so I don't know if it will help you with the goal you are hoping for.

If you want to go back to the original state, then run the following text command

DevOptions.WebDeveloperExtras /off

The API does not support modifying the Data Panel's context menu. I don't know if there's a way to hack it, as kandennti suggests, but I would suspect even if there is it will be difficult and possibly fragile.
