How to submit an Add-In to the AUTODESK App Store

Hi,

I'd like to submit a Fusion add-in to the AutoDesk App Store.  When I go to the App Store page, I see the graphic at the bottom of the page (see attached) which instructs me to send mail to: "fusion360partners@autodesk.com".

I've sent email but haven't received any response.  I've also chatted with a support agent that instructed me to post  here to the Fusion forum.

My question is what are the steps to become a development partner and be able to submit add-ins to the App store?
