Add button to cutting tab within tool library

Is it possible to add a button within the cutting Data tab of the tool library using a Python script?

Unfortunately, I don't think we can.

@kandennti is correct. It is not possible to edit anything about the Tool Library dialog using the API.

Could you give us a more details why you need to add a cutting tab? want to store more information? or any other reason
