When I upload my generative design to cloud it gets stuck at 5%

I am trying to make a simple test to see how generative design works in fusion 360. This is a cube with 8 holes fairly simple. The first time I uploaded this I got the message that I was chosen for a test and generated designs would be free for a limited time. But the generation failed at 5% after a decent bit of waiting. I am now on my second attempt and it does not seem to go past 5%.Picture of problem

Hi @Anonymous -

Sorry you are having some problems. Can you please post a share link to the original file that you tried that failed and this file that seems to be hung? I will take a look at each of them. 

Also, what entitlement type are you working off of? Are you a student or a commercial user?
