Drawing inaccessible - New Features

Hello

Two points :

1 - I can not access a drawing anymore. A blue wheel turns on the sticker. The right click is inoperative.
What to do ?

2 - The new features do not appear. I am in the last version.

I took as an example the quotation of the diameters.

Can you:

 

share the files you are having issues with?

post your log files as a .zip?

 

When did this happen?

Hello Karina

Here are the log files.
I work on two computers.
On both computers, I do not have the new features and the software has become quite unstable.

For the file that is inaccessible, I can not send it to you because I can not download it …

There was no special action on my work.

Thanks for the reply. I don't see the logs attached to your message - can you try again?

 

Also, can you try accessing the file in your hub and sharing it through there? There are instructions at the bottom of the page here.

Thanks for posting those - that worked. It looks like you are on version 2.0.5338 - we released an update that might fix your issue. Try updating and see if that resolves it.

 

Merci de les avoir posté, ca marche. Je vois que vous êtes à la version 2.0.5338 - nous avons publié une version nouvelle qui pourrait résoudre votre problème. Essayez la mise à jour et voyez si cela résout le problème.

Hello

I installed version 2.0.5350 after uninstalling everything.

I have access now to the drawing. Thank you.

However, the new features have not implemented as shown by the two screenshots.

E.g. : Better contextual tab highlighting in UI Preview or Diameter detection on side view for circular geometry.

It is not serious. But to see.
