[BUG] grounding is deleted when reorganizing assembly

I've got two simple components, a cube and a cylinder.

The cube is grounded and the cinder is joint to the top of it with a rigid joint.

then I create a new and empty component called Asm and rag the two other components into that assembly.

Fusion 360 deletes the grounding of the cube.

This bug was fixed in June 2019 release.
