Testing improvements

From today's release notes, I learned that my irrecoverable hang every ~10-15 minutes was caused by an interaction with High Sierra and the Touch Bar in my MacBook Pro

The first High Sierra developer β came out at the beginning of June. The production release was at the end of September and the final β / Gold Master release came out almost two weeks before that

The Touch Bar MacBook Pros first came out in 2016

That this issue wasn't discovered and fixed months ago indicates a serious blind spot in testing

To remedy that I propose the following:

- As a matter of course, purchase at least one of the latest MacBook Pros (and probably Surface / other commonly used hardware for F360; feel free to resell those or hand them down when the next ones come out though for testing it'd be great to keep a bunch around to ensure there are no regressions)

- Have more (any?) naive testers use every release for at least a couple person days before it drops. This I've asked for for years. I understand it's a pain but it needs to be done. People who have experience with software learn where the landmines are and avoid them even if they don't mean to. That means that non-naive testers will not exercise many of the most annoying weak spots in testing.

Please do these things and take F349 up by 11.
