Paste New needs a keyboard shortcut (Cmd-Shift-V) ?

 Or maybe Cmd-Alt-V.

 

This should work the same across all modules.

Fusion 360 is getting custom keyboard shortcuts soon, hopefully this (and a lot more) will be possible.
