shape optimization check analysis

Hi

We would like to see an automatic shape reconstruction based on the optimized mesh computed by the shape optimizer.
Actually we have to build it manually by using sketch functions.

We saw in competitive products automatic function to build a new geometry ...

    I am little confused. Does this shape optimizer create features after mesh body is constructed?

Please run/list  a sequence of operations and how would sketches produce complex geometry.

sketches are 2d profiles?
