restrain eclipse circumference

I was wondering if you could help me I am wanting to sketch a eclipse with its circumference and centrepoint restrained but still be able to vary the width and height.

I am drawing a sheet metal component so I want to be able to draw the eclipse with a defined circumference with the centre position restrained but height and width able to be varied.

Thank you for your idea, Fusion does not have the functionality to enter the circumference and change the width / height.  This idea did not get enough votes, so it is being archived.
