"Face" in T-spline: allow completion of border polylines, generalizing edge-mode

"Face" in T-spline: allow completion of border polylines, generalizing edge-mode

Basic modelling with T-splines could be improved by a logical extension of the face command.

(I) Currently, if I pre-select one edge, the face command will assume that this edge is defining two vertices of the new face. That's fine: two vertices to go!

(II) So when I pre-select two-edges, I'd expect that I should now have to place just the final vertex. But that's not what happens. (The second edge is ignored and case (I) is entered.)

(III) In general, I'd think it'll be nice if  if I select n consecutive edges then with the 'face' command, I should get to complete a polygon having a least n+1 edges !!
